Their pitch deck was full of dense academic jargon and static charts. They came to us needing a way to make the invisible—the complex flow of AI data—visible, tangible, and awe-inspiring before their Series B funding round.
We realized that reading about AI is boring, but flying through an AI's "brain" is unforgettable.
We scrapped the idea of a traditional scrolling website entirely.
Instead, we proposed building a purely cinematic, interactive WebGL experience that allowed users to literally step inside the microchip and watch data process in real-time.
This required pushing the browser to its absolute limits.
We built a single-page application using React Three Fiber, but the real magic happened in the custom GLSL shaders we wrote.
We developed a proprietary particle system capable of rendering over 1 million individual data points at 60fps, even on mid-tier mobile devices, without causing the browser to crash or the phone to overheat.
The UI was completely hidden. The user navigated the site entirely through their scroll wheel, which we tied directly to a 3D camera path and animation timeline using GSAP ScrollTrigger. As the user scrolled, they flew through the glowing, cyber-purple (#8A2BE2) neural pathways of the chip. We added cinematic post-processing effects like bloom, depth-of-field, and chromatic aberration to make the experience feel like a sci-fi film.
The immersive experience blew investors away. By turning complex algorithms into a visceral, visual journey, Quantum AI was able to clearly communicate their technological advantage. The site went viral in the tech community, rendering 12 million polygons live for thousands of concurrent users, and directly assisted Quantum in closing a massive $40M Series B funding round.
